Supplied needed:
Tube of choice I am using the wonderful art of Jennifer Janesko, you need a license to use her work you can get one here.
Scrap kit is by Fee, its called Gerbera Delight, you can get it here

Filter:Penta Jeans
Lets get it started!
Open a 600X600 canvas and floodfill it with white.
Take the frame from the kit and copy and paste it onto your canvas, use your magic wand, tolerance and feather both on 0, click inside the frame go to Selections-modify-expand-4
copy and paste paper of choice(DO NOT DESELECT)copy and paste your tube on top of the paper,
then go toSelections:invert make sure you are on the tube layer and hit delete, then do the same to your paper layer, this will take care of the excess.
Selections:select none
Add a nice drop shadow to the frame. I used:
V&H-0
Opacity-80
Blur-10.00
add a small drop shadow to the tube. I used:
V&H-1
Opacity-80
Blur-5.00
Take one of the pins and copy and paste it on the upper right hand corner of the frame then Image-rotate-free rotate right-45.00, erase part of the pin so that it looks like it is threaded through the frame(see tag for example)
add the small white flowers along the bottom of the frame resize by85% bicubic, make sure all layers is not checked.
add a strong drop shadow to them I used:
V&H-1
Opacity-80
Blur-2.00
Get the silver doodle and copy and paste it on top of the background, move it to the upper left hand corner, duplicate.X out all layers except the doodle and merge visible, duplicate Image-flip merge visible.
X out the doodle layer and open everything else(still leaving backgroud closed as well)Merge visible.
Duplicate on the original go to adjust-blur-gaussian blur 15.00
then go to penta-jeans use this setting:Amount-62 border width-3open up the doodle layers and merge visible.add your copywrite, name and taggers mark.save as a jpeg.
