Supplies needed:
2 tubes of choice, I am using the wonderful art of Keith Garvey. You have
to have a license to use his work and you can get one here.

Lets get started.
Open a 600X600 canvas, and flood fill with white.
Select paper of choice and copy and paste it as a new layer on your canvas.
Apply Vix_Mask11 make sure sorce luminance, fit to canvas, and hide all mask is checked.
Next take the double frames, and paste them on your canvas.
Using your magic wand, making sure feather and tolerance is on 0
click inside the frame on one side.
take a paper of choice and copy and paste it. Make sure its under your frames
Selections-invert, and hit delete. Before you deselect take tube of choice and
paste it under your frame as well, and make sure its on top of your paper. Hit
delete once again. Now Deselect.
Repeat the last 3 steps for the other frame. On your tube layers chenge your
blend mode to one of choice. for mine I did luminance(legacy)for the one on the left
and soft light for the one on the right.
Next add embelishments where you want to. Go crazy and be inventive.
add you main tube and center her in the frames. Add a small drop shadow to her.

Next add the word art I provided and kind of weave it between all the embelishments.
Add your copywrite, name and taggers mark and you are all done!
