Supplies needed:
1 tube of choice, I am using the work of Rion Vernon. You
must have a license to use his work and you can get one here.
also you need 1 image of choice, I got mine at stockxchng.
scrapkit is red,white, and blue by ZiggyFan, you can find it
here on her blog.
filters:Atmospherizer
Eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Mask is by Chelle of Weescotslass we will be using WSL_Mask79
(Thanks Chelle babe!)
font of choice, I used Army.
Word art of choice or I have suppied mine Here.

Lets get started.
Open a 600X600 canvas, and flood fill with white.
pick paper of choice and copy and paste it on top of your background.
apply WSL_Mask 79 making sure source luminance, fit to layer, and hide all
mask is checked. Ok
take the frame and copy and paste it onto your canvas using your magig wand
click inside the frame, and sleections modify-expand by 10
copy and paste your image onto your canvas, and make sure its under the frame.
selections-invert-making sure your on your image hit your delete button.
this takes care of the excess. Selections-select none.
add embelishments. if you chose to do that stars and want it to look like mine
here is what you do. click on the stars, selection-select all, selection-float
selections-defloat, copy and past your tube make sure its on top of the stars
selections-invert, make sure you are on your tube layer and hit delete.
the apply Atmospherizer. Play around with the settings until you get what you like.
add the word art, or add your own. I added a small gradient glow to my words, then a small
drop shadow. If you do not have eye candy, you can use drop shadow, just
change the color from black to white.
Add your copywrite info, name and taggers mark and your all done.
